Responsible for all aspects of the show. Duties include running the rehearsal / tech process, facilitating the distribution of information between the director and all designers, cast, musicians, crew and administration, calling the show, running understudy and brush-up rehearsals, maintaining the artistic integrity of the show once open, writing show reports for every performance, and with the company manager, serving as the producer's representative on the road. Must be extremely detail oriented, have excellent people management skills and be able to think outside the box.
Responsible for all aspects of the scenic elements of the show and for overseeing load-in and load-out. Also serves as the member of the management team responsible for the crew, advancing with local house TDs and dealing with crew bus and truck drivers. Should have road experience as a carpenter, excellent people management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Experience with AutoCad or similar drafting software a plus.
Under direction of the Head Carpenter, is responsible for all scenic elements of the show. Candidate should have professional theatrical carpentry experience. Road experience not necessary, but a plus. Looking for creative, think-outside the box types who are serious about pursuing a career in touring theatre. Responsible for all elements of the electrics package. Duties include overseeing load-in and load-out of electrics rig, doing moving light and conventional focus, running the light board during the show and routine maintenance on all electrics equipment. Should be familiar with either the GrandMa or Whole Hog lighting consoles (preferably both).
Under direction of the Head Electrician, is responsible for al elements of the electrics package. Candidate should have professional theatrical electrics experience. Responsible for all elements of the audio package. Duties include overseeing and executing load-in and load-out of audio rig, running sound checks, EQing the house, running the sound console during the show and routine maintenance on all audio equipment including body mics. Touring experience preferred.
Responsible for all stage properties in the show. Duties include overseeing and executing load-in and load-out of properties, keeping detailed tracking sheets, and for supervising the props crew. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Scenic artistry experience a plus. May also serve as the Assistant Stage Manager. Applicants should include any stage management experience in their cover letter / resume.
Responsible for a costumes and wigs. Duties include overseeing and executing load-in and load-out of wardrobe package, keeping detailed tracking sheets, organizing and supervising quick changes, managing dressers, and performing and/or overseeing maintenance and laundering of all costume pieces - including wigs. Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
